Hi everyone!
I'm currently following Chloe's workout program and am super motivated to reach my goal of losing weight by December. However, I'm struggling with lower back pain after some of the workouts, which is really frustrating. I really don’t want to pause the program, so I’d appreciate any advice on modifications or techniques to prevent this pain.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips or specific stretches or exercises that helped you? Thanks so much for any help—I'm excited to stay on track with your support!
