So I bloat very easily. When I’m on a workout program I always have a tough time losing fat in my belly. For a while I wasn’t engaging my core properly but once I started to, that really made a huge difference and I have more definition on my abs.
But despite that, I can never get a flat belly. I feel like I don’t eat excessively (but off course enough for strength training programs), I have a pretty active lifestyle (although I’m just now breaking free from a sedentary desk job) but I walk a lot and am consistent about doing moderate to sometimes advance workouts, and try my best to target abs during every workout. At times I even add in an extra ab workout to make sure I’m targeting them.
What has helped those of you who have lost a lot of belly fat or who have had struggles with bloating in the past? Has there been something you’ve added or removed to your diet that has helped or have there been certain exercises or different things in your routine that have given you benefits? It seems like I don’t see a huge difference no matter what I do.
