tips for stamina/endurance?

Hi hi! i just started consistently working out again, before i was mainly going into the gym and using machines. now that im using more of my body, i find that i have almost no stamina/endurance. i get tired very quickly and lose steam during the workout.

what tips do you guys have to improve ? anything i should be incorporating into my daily lifestyle to help even when im not working out?

i dont take pre-workout due to caffeine (my body doesn't handle it well).
