Too Weak
I have poor health especially my immune system. I am trying to do a full body shred, because I want to gain muscle and be strong throughout my body. Currently getting discouraged because I am unable to do a couple of the exercises. For example, dip planks, and side to side planks. I can barely do a regular plank. Do I try another fitness plan, or is there a good way to substitute different exercises? Or is it okay that I I'm constantly stopping and resetting my stance, as long as I keep moving? When is a good time to say it is too hard, and try something easier? I just want to make sure I'm not wasting my time and actually improving. (edited by moderator)
