Ever since I decided to start my weight loss journey and researched about what I should do, I've been seeing that walking helps A LOT, many articles and people mention walking 10k steps a day.
I have a treadmill at home, I was wondering if walking does actually help or if running is better (running on a treadmill is a bit hard for me but I'll do if necessary) and if the walking does help then would staying on the same speed (let's say 6.5 - 7 km/h) be effective or do i need to do a HIIT?
basically my question is: what is the effective way to burn the most fat on a treadmill?
keep in mind that unfortunately my treadmill is an old tilla model which means it doesn't have an incline option, it barely goes up to 5%
