This morning I tried the Zucchini Fritters and Tamaqoyaki recipe for breakfast. Both came out really delicious. For the Tamagoyaki, I used the soy sauce substitution and I used Stevia as a sweetener. The Stevia was a tinyyy bit strong, but I did pair the Tamagoyaki with a Peri Peri sauce, and it softened the Stevia flavor. I also added the option seaweed which made it even better.
For the zucchini fritters, I only had frozen zucchini on hand so I had to put that in the microwave and basically chop it up into small pieces instead of shredding it like the recipe called for. Because it came from the freezer, it was a bit more watery but I was still able to get the water out and make some good fritters. I had to add a tablespoon of breadcrumbs just to make it the perfect texture in addition to that I did air fry my fritters too and they came out perfect! really great texture, tasted good on their own but I added some hot sauce and peanut sauce as well and a bit of ginger.
Overall 9/10 & would highly recommend ! !
