I have this issue where when I’m laying on my back doing leg raises, flutters, etc. my thighs hurt along with my abs. I tried looking this up online and it said my back might be pinching a nerve in my thighs (? ? ? ). Does anybody else experience this? If it’s really because of my back, does anyone have advice on how to keep my core doing the work and not by back?
Usually I don’t feel any pain in my back and my abs Do feel engaged so I’m confused as to why my thighs would burn so bad when doing these exercises.
