Heyy there, i am currently on me 2k25 weight loss program but i don't think there is a result which i could see.. but hoping it will work after i complete it. Has anyone done this program and saw the results???? what are the things i should keep in mind for an actual weights loss (i do avoid sugars and junks). Well tbh, I've not been consistent with the workouts daily and lack some days but i try to complete it the other day (should i consider this as a factor which is stopping my progress???) SHOULD I RESTART MY PROGRAM FROM THE START after i complete it once ( WITH CONSISTENCY) again? Some suggestions? 2 week shred or summer shred??? So confused 😭😭 (edited by moderator)
