Fitness Goals

Try not to gain more weight, but still gain muscle

So I’m doing the intense core workout and I do eat, but I don’t stuff myself considered to a Regular person some people would say I eat less, but I work out daily and then I come back to find out that I weigh more. Does anyone else have this problem? Can someone help me fix it? I just wanna figure out what to do because I’m getting abs, but I’m also trying to lower my fat percentage and same thing with weight
