Fitness Discussion

Trying this all again, 2024 weight loss challenge
Hi!   I'm scared to start working out again, mainly because I'm not ready for another disappointment.   But as of tomorrow I am going to start the 2024 Weight loss challenge.   I am ready to loose this weight for summer and graduation!   I've taken A BILLION notes on where to start, you can find those commented on this <3 .   But I'm just asking am I doing any of this right> Im opened to any tips/suggestions.   Im ready to loose weight so if anyone knows about this topic I would love to hear :))
