Hi everyone! I've recently tried to start Chloe Ting's 2 week shred challenge, and am currently on day one. I've only gotten half way into the second video and I'm already exhausted/feeling unmotivated. Not only this, but I have a habit of eating late at night and since my mom makes really good food, I can't help but eat rice along with the food. Does anyone have any tips/reminders/tricks for me to use to help increase my consistency and decrease my craving/need for carbs (rice, noodle, bread)? REFERENCE: I'm a 16 girl yrs old, 5ft tall, and weigh about 62kg. (edited by moderator)
