Hi I’m new here with my first post but I wanted to ask… I’m having an issue with getting rid of my inner thigh fat but I want to keep the thick outer part, are there any specific exercises that I need to do? ? I’m also wondering if I need to make changes to my diet, I have a higher protein intake to keep my muscle but my caloric intake ranges from 1000 to 1500 per day. I try to relax a bit on my carb intake but I haven’t removed it completely from my diet. Any suggestions are helpful.
