Workout
I've been underweight and anemic my whole life and have finally gained weight but not the right way. I need to work on strength and muscles, I also need to burn my stubborn belly fat. I'm not that physically active either. Is it ideal to workout on an empty stomach or should I eat something prior considering I'm low on iron? I can go ahead and do whatever I'm comfortable with but practically speaking, what do you suggest? (edited by moderator)
