Do you guys have any tips on how I can lose weight? I’ve been trying to stay consistent with working out. I usually walk about 10,000 steps per day and I try to exercise about 30 minutes per day. I’m trying to lose about 10 pounds in 3 months and stay that weight. Do you think that’s do-able based on how much I exercise? Also, should I try intermittent fasting? I’m currently doing the 2019 2 week shred and I’m not sure what challenge to try next, what challenges have helped you with weight loss?
