Fitness Goals
I’m once again starting over on my weight loss journey. I have PCOS and it’s made losing weight extremely difficult. I have lost weight in the past during my freshman year of high school. I went from around 130-140 to 105 lbs over the time of the whole school year. (I am 4 foot 11 btw) From August to may. Tho that was when I had full free access to a gym every other day. It is 4 years later and I don’t have access to that anymore. I have not just gained that weight back but gained double of what I lost now at 170.
If anyone also struggles with PCOS and has any tips they have learned please let me know. I’m like almost desperate at this point as not only do I just feel uncomfortable in my skin but my weight is effecting my menstrual cycle and diabetes runs in my family. I’m only 18 but I know it’s better to get this worked out now and prevent things now than get to a point where there is no going back or reversing things.
