Hi I'm rather new to this, but has anyone else had pain such as cramps after doing workouts, especially abs? I've been having cramps and generally my stomach has been feeling different a few hours after I do my workouts. I tend to do them on an empty stomach sometimes, do you think that has an effect on it? its not a very bad pain but I can definetly feel it. Does it go away? <3
