Challenges with Working Out

So I'm currently on my second Chloe Ting Challenge, and something I've noticed is that I really don't feel much stronger than I did even at the beginning of my first challenge. I can actually do up-and-down planks now (which feels like a miracle), but it doesn't feel like I go any longer with any of the exercises except maybe the warmup video, and even with that it's getting progressively harder to do the arm circles. Does anyone else experience the same thing? Additionally, I have PCOS and a body type that doesn't lose weight easily. I was wondering if there were any other people out there who have similar problems and could give me some advice about how to help with that. (edited by moderator)
