Tying to tone up and gain lean muscle
Hi! Im trying to tone up my body and gain some lean muscle mass. I know that it doesn’t just come down to the workouts, but diet also plays a big part. I try to eat the 1 gram of protein per bodyweight, but I’m curious on when I should eat the bulk of my protein to see the best results. Should I do that before my workout or after?
