Hey everyone 🤗
I've been exercising for the quite a long time now. But the thing is I'm unable to do lunges. Some of you might say it's a knee problem but I'm just a teenager.
When I go down for a lunge, I'm unable to stretch down properly. Is it my flexibility?
And when I go down, I feel pain in my knees and lower thighs. Is that normal?
Coming up requires a great amount of pull.
I can easily do all other exercises including lower body workouts. The only thing I get stuck at is lunges and it's variations.
Earlier I thought it might be because I'm new to exercising but now it's been quite a months so that shouldn't be a issue.
