Hi guysss , I can't tell you how I am feeling rn but it's so bad . From past a week I am not on track sometimes I workout but I don't eat well and sometimes I eat well but don't workout and it cost me gaining 1kg I am so upset soooooo much I'm tried of this but I don't wanna repeat next year saying" I'll lose weight this year no matter what again" đ after doing 1 challenge I lose 2.9 kg and after that I was stuck ....
A week ago I was stuck on 78.6/5 kg now I checked it's 79.5 I am not able to process this like every day my mind is like I have workout , I have to eat well, no sugar, no junk all day these things are in my mind and I'm tired idk what to do đ„ș.
I am not motivated enough to workout again please help đ
