I currently only have two 2kg dumbbells and I feel they might be too light for me even though I still feel slightly sore after a more intense workout. My question is how should I increase the weight, by 1 kg at a time or can I do more? I don't want to waste money on dumbbells. I don't want bulking just toning. Should I just keep using the dumbbells I have for now?🤔
