Using the mood you are in to optimize your workouts

Many of us here would agree with me that it's not everyday we feel good or happy to do our workouts or hit the gym... Not necessarily because we were tired from the last day's workout...But for some reasons were just having one of those dull mornings (for those that workout in the morning) and maybe a slow day that really messes with our mood (for those that workout at night)

Here's something I found out... When you're very high spirited... You have more energy... Do high impacts... Starting from high impact warm ups till the end... You can skip cool downs... This is the best way to optimize your happiness because you are filled with energy so yes..Do all the high impacts...

But when your day is slow or messed up... Focus on low impacts and don't miss cool downs... Cool downs really focuses on your mind rather than your body... Maybe your mind is tired... So cool downs can really help lift the burdens.. don't worry about high impacts..This can only lead to you being frustrated... And that's not it.. use RnB music or trap or NF genre during these days...Not slow or depressed songs...Don't fall into that trap...

Stay fit out there girlies.. use your mood to the best not as an excuse...
