Hi! So I'm finishing up with 2023 Hourglass and I loved it. I've had a two-pack for over 3 months now and I've gotten a bit more definition since I finished 2021 Get Fit and the Hourglass Challenge. But now I want to work on my abs more and get a stronger core. What should I start with? Any recommendations? Thanks!
