After I took a week off I weighed myself before starting up again and was pleasantly surprised I had dropped about 12lbs. Two weeks back into working out I put all 12 lbs back on. I have thyroid and diabetic issues that affect these things but I was very disheartened. I know I swell really bad and consume too much salt/caffiene and don’t drink enough water and I go hard in the workouts which is killer on the muscles and joints but Im still pushing through anyways. I know eventually the swelling will go back down. To everyone who is dealing with the same issues please don’t give up! Keep fighting! Every day working on your health counts.
