Hey everyone đ
I just wanted to ask if anyone else struggles with thisâŠ
Some days Iâll be 74.6kg, then if I eat dinner a bit later than usual, the next morning Iâm 75kg. And sometimes even after a full week of workouts, the scale doesnât move at all and I donât see much difference. Itâs honestly so frustrating.
I know weight can fluctuate, but itâs hard not to overthink it when youâre trying to stay consistent.
Also⊠why does no one talk about how hard cravings actually are?? đ Like staying disciplined sounds easy in theory, but controlling cravings and not feeling restricted is really tough.
If anyone has advice on how to maintain a stable weight without constantly stressing about it, Iâd really appreciate it đ
