Hey everyone 💛

I just wanted to ask if anyone else struggles with this


Some days I’ll be 74.6kg, then if I eat dinner a bit later than usual, the next morning I’m 75kg. And sometimes even after a full week of workouts, the scale doesn’t move at all and I don’t see much difference. It’s honestly so frustrating.

I know weight can fluctuate, but it’s hard not to overthink it when you’re trying to stay consistent.

Also
 why does no one talk about how hard cravings actually are?? 😭 Like staying disciplined sounds easy in theory, but controlling cravings and not feeling restricted is really tough.

If anyone has advice on how to maintain a stable weight without constantly stressing about it, I’d really appreciate it 💕
