Good morning, everyone!
I really need your help and advice as I’m in literal tears at the moment.
So I’m currently on the first week of the 2024 Summer Shred with a calorie deficit intake. As it’s my first time kind of dieting, I’ve read/heard several times that there are such things as cheat days where you basically give your organism a break. Yesterday I did so, the very first cheat day, and I’ve gained back all the weight that I’ve already lost (1. 6 kg)! For you to understand, I didn’t eat garbage food, just some lemon gratin, few pieces of dark chocolate and turkey filet with ratatouille. But the weight is back, so are my tears, as well as my shattered confidence.
Please, tell me if it’s normal or if I did something wrong. (edited by moderator)
