I’m on day 10 of 2025 Weightloss challenge. Except the HIIT video, I can complete everything without any extra breaks. In the HIIT video, I take an extra break of 5 minutes between each set.
When I started the challenge, I was 62.8kgs. I started a calorie deficit too. My weight reached to 61.5kgs but then it started increasing, went to 61.7 and today again 62.8kgs. As a result I have no motivation to continue this challenge. I couldn’t even complete today’s workout, completed only 2 sets of the HIIT video and warmup. Normally, I go for brisk walks even on rest days because I’m motivated to move my body.
Any reasons for weight gain? Any advice how to avoid it? How to stay motivated with no results? I did measure my body on Day 1. And no changes have been observed in measurements too. What to do?
