So I started a challenge 3 weeks ago and finished it yesterday. It was my first challenge and I wasn't able to do all the workouts to the fullest and in the correct way. But I managed to finish all days and tried to do all workouts. I didnt follow a strict diet but I cut off junk completely.I could see changes in my thighs. And I decided to check weight..But I was shocked coz I gained 3.5 kgs in the past three weeks. Idk why and I am bit concerned if I am having any condition. Please help and let me know if anyone else faced the same.
