Hi guys I have a question if someone can help me. Im doing fitness now for 6 months nonstop. I was on diets for 3 months. My current diet its low carb/no sugar and eating 1 time in a day (1 month currently on this diet). Before all of this I was 60 kg and wanted to get back my 58kg but now im 63. 8 kg after all this work and diets. . . How? I do not look fatter but more fit but weights show me now even bigger numbers then before. . .
First 2 photos its before and all else is after and I feel like nothing change or change to worse. My belly maybe got only little smaller but I cant get rid of it
