So I have started a 2024 challenge of chloe.. and the first 5 days I lost 3kg!! But all of a sudden I started gain few hundreds of grams, although I had eaten more in the 1st 5 day(breakfast buffets at a restaurant), n now we r eating simple, light home-cooked food, unfortunately that seemed to have made it worse ig... but I have also been drinking more water since, so could it be water weight??
Do you guys have any idea abt the reasons?? Is it smthn to be worried abt???
Also u guys r amazing for helping ppl like me and responding to our comments n helping us
