Fitness Discussion

Hi! I have always been pretty active, but this last few months I have been really insecure, as I weighed more than most of my friends. I started working out with Chloe's YouTube videos, and then later discovered the app. I feel like giving up, and haven't lost any weight so far. I am eating  in less volume, but still don't notice any changes. Can anyone provide advice/ encouragement?
