Hi guys , I am 13 years old with weight of 52kg . I just dont feel good enough like my waist is 26.5 inches and leg is 21 inches
I just wanna lose weight and be happy . But it just hard I dont why I try and try but it just won't workout for me . I dont know what to eat . I eat some protine fruits and mostly Vegetables and sugary things as well. I am a footballer but I just dont feel good abt my body I just wanna lose weight around 2-3 kg . I did 2 weeks summer shred I only noticed my stomach having some ab lines but I still wanna lose weight. Can u guys please recommend what I can eat in a day and what can be helpful for me and what I can do along side with working out and more .
