Hi everyone! This is my first post and I mainly just wanted some extra opinions. I’ve been doing the 2024 Summer Weight Loss challenge for almost 2 weeks now but I feel like I’ve seen no change in weight or even looks on my body. I know 2 weeks isn’t super long but I’d figure by now I would see at least some type of small change. Whenever I get on the scale I feel like my weight is just going up rather than going down. I’ve cut down my eating a lot and I’m eating about 2 full meals a day including a smoothie in the morning and some type of light snack before dinner, with plenty of water during the day. This was working for me before I started working out and I was seeing weight loss progress, but now that I’ve started working out I feel like I’ve started going backwards. Is this normal? It’s starting to make me feel less motivated. . Any help or advice is appreciated!
