Hey!
I’m 23 years old and I have PCOS as well as endometriosis. I’ve been trying to lose weight for many years now, but I often struggle with yo-yo effects. I don’t eat much, and I walk a lot, yet I still gain weight. During the Covid period, I tried Chloe Ting’s programs, and they worked well for me, but I’m looking for more tips to lose more weight with her programs. I currently weigh 84 kg, and I’d like to get back to my initial weight, which was 63 kg.
