Do you have weight loss/fat loss tips?

Hello, first of all im a teenager and been trying to loose weight and be stronger since 2020. I suceeded and lost about 20kgs in 2 years. but then started to slowly gain it back because I stopped working out much. and now since 4 months ago ive been trying to loose weight and its not working. . my weight is still the same but my body became more defined and my waist became narrower? I play marital arts and workout . . is it normal to gain weight and my body being more defined? Im 86kg and a female. I was 88kg in 2020 when I first tried to loose fat and reached 68 kg. . any tips? ? (edited by moderator)
