Hi there~! first time writing a post on here, hopefully I could get some help on here <3
I've been working out for almost 9 months now, and I've had my unsteady weight rising and falling. However, I've maintained my weight for 2 months now, Which I'm not really happy, as I was focusing on losing the weight. but no matter what I do, whether I eat more or less. My weight isn't affected whatsoever. I'd like some help, on how can i break this consistent weight.
