Hi guys! I’m a beginner to working out/fitness, I wanted to ask for advice. I’m 5’1 and somewhere between 96-100 pounds (don’t have a scale so not exactly sure). I’ve been really insecure about how skinny & small framed I am and my goal is to put on weight (atleast 110-120 lb) but also gain muscle. I started incorporating protein shakes recently but if you have any advice on gaining weight I’d appreciate it because it’s been pretty difficult for me :(
I want to begin the 2019 5 week booty workout, but also want to add a different plan/workout from Chloe that I can do at the same time so that I’m not working on glutes only, please let me know if you have any recommendations! Thank you💗
