Hello everyone
I used to weigh 66kg im 58kg now. However my weight is stuck aince APRIL. that makes it 3 months without any progress. I train 4 times a week with weights. I eat 1300 cals daily with 1800 or 2000 cals once a week as a cheat day. I don’t really know what I’m doing wrong Ive been on a deficit for 8 months now and I don’t wanna stop now when im so close to my goal. I asked some and they told me ive hit a plateau so i went on a week eating my daily maintenance, yet it didnt help. Ive tried this method twice. I hit my protein goal daily though. Im starting to feel down, so pls if anyone knows how to fix this or if anyone suffered from this once pls help.
