Hi guys, im a girl 165cm, 57 Kg and 17 years old. i was 65 and lost much of my weight and now its stuck. im on calorie deficit and also  im very much active but i have been busy with work and dont get time to exercise cause i got school and work. is there any suggestion what can i do and whatever cause i feel very disgusted
