I am a beginner in exercises, and now I am doing exercises 2020 to shred Challenge, but I do not know how to organize my meals before and after exercise and do all meals contain all the useful elements or do I divide the elements on my day? I need help with my diet.
And I weigh 71 kilograms now and my height is 161, I want to reach 60 kilograms.
