What did I wrong on my workout journey?

Hey. . . I m doing 2024 summer workout. . . I saw result I saw my stomach muscle growing. . Getting ride from blotting. . Feeling good about my body. . . And doing everything on schedule but. . . There is a 2 day rest day on day 20 . . 21 I took the rest day and in 21 Jun I feel pain on my body on my legs so I took an extra rest day but today I m feeling blotting my belly become more bigger. . . I m feeling unmotivated. . Feeling like I gain weight. . . And also a did not able to completely complete my workout. . I feel my strength is low I feel dizzy while working out and skip a workout video also. . . Today I m not able focus on my workout. . . And this program is going to be end in some day and I feel my body is looking exactly same before doing the workout. . .
What wrong did I do? . . And how to fix it?
