My legs... ahh, this is my slowest-changing body part. To lose 0.5-1 cm from my legs, I have to keep a 200-300 calorie deficit and do more leg workouts, but even then, the volume goes away very slowly. Do you know any exercises or lifehacks to speed up this process?
I didn't really notice it before, but when I walk, it feels and looks like jelly. Due to wearing a short skirt or dress above the knees is a bit strange and uncomfortable 😅 If you've experienced the same thing, what advice can you give me? Also, how can I get rid of loose skin and make my legs firmer?
