I'm at the first day of 2024 weight loss challange. Before I did the 2 week shred from 2021. I was eating like chicken breast, low fat quark, some vegetables, lots of strawberrys and grapes. I also tried some recipes but it get's really boring. What do you eat to stay in your calorie deficit? do you have some tips for me?
