Hi So i started workout in december and after a month or how long i started working out with dumbells i have been in calorie deficit all the time or at least i tried and i dont know but i kept eating some kind of cereals And i didn't write it down in calorie tables and i see little progres but the belly fat i just every where keep sucking in my stomach So that i dont look fat (i dont know how to say it sorry) and i started doing plyometrics in Monday, Wednesday, friday and sunday for 10 min and can it be like cardio or no? And i am walking like 5k steps everyday or at least i try. This Wednesday we are going to have A farewell party for us because we're going to high school In front of parents and i dont know how im going to be okay with it i am 15 years old and weight 55 kg and i dont know how long it takes to lose belly fat and today i ate pizza and i fell So guilty when i eat something bad or Additionally please help i dont know 🥲(btw sorry for Errors i dont speak english very well)
