I've been doing 2 weeks shred workouts, tomorrow is the last day of the program and I can see the upper ABS part became more visible and stronger. But the lower part for some reason isn't defined, I still see some fat in this area.. What's your experience in sculpturing it? (I didn't change the way I was eating cs I always eat more or less the same amount of food and mostly quite healthy food)
