Hi!  I know it’s all individual and subjective in terms of sport and health but i’m wondering what weight dumbbells people use for Chloe’s weighted workouts?  I know she uses at least 2 different pairs in some videos and I tried to look up what weight they are (the ones she made - in different colours) but when i converted weight into kilos i got strange numbers. .  so if you could tell me what weight you use and some information like how long you’ve been working out it would be great, thanks 💖 

What dumbbell weight do you use?
