Hey everyone, ive been trying really hard for the last 2–3 weeks to lose weight and I’m getting super frustrated and disappointed because the scale is not moving down. I’m doing calorie deficit omad, working every single day, going on walks almost daily and i’m only doing cheat days on weekends. Despite all my effort to lose weight healthy, my weight literally doesn’t go down. Some mornings I randomly wake up 1.5–2 kg lighter than the day before, but as soon as I eat a little more (or the next day after a cheat day) I’m immediately back to my starting weight or even higher. It feels like nothing is happening even though I’m trying my hardest. What could be the problem? I thought it could be water retention at first, but idt it would take that long…
