Hi! I am 11 days into the 2019 2 week shred challenge. But i don't really see a difference in my back fat, which is an area that i really want to improve on. My #1 goal is to reduce backfat and THEN my stomach. But it looks like only my stomach has progress. Does anyone know what videos/programs to do for back fat? ?
