I practice a physical activity (gym, workouts, etc.) regularly since a few months. Currently, I am trying to get more fit in different ways, like getting at cardio, getting stronger and able to lift weights, etc.
However I still keep looking forward to the day where it ends and I no longer have to do it, because I am able to do A (do this), B (go this fast this long) or C (make this movement) and then that is it.
How did you incorporate it in your life and make it so great for you that you would like to keep doing this forever? That you would like this to be a part of your lifestyle? Why is it so great that you think that you will keep doing it? And how do you make it not a chore or a task anymore? How do you turn this into something you naturally want to do?
