Fitness Discussion

I used to work a typical 9 hrs.  job (felt more like a 12 hrs.  shift).  during the past year , i found myself letting go of my health and stress eating to cope up with my mental health!  now i have been on a break for more than 3 months and decided to focus on myself and  its jus day 2 of the workout challenge and I'm ready to cry my eyes out.
